Loco, Local Futures Unlocked

An exploration of systemic challenges, education, platform strategy, and youth opportunity infrastructure.

Loco is a platform that helps young people discover their strengths, explore career pathways, and connect with real opportunities in their local area. By bringing together students, schools, employers and councils, Loco makes local futures visible, achievable and accessible for everyone.

With the aim to rebuild the bridge between education, young people, employers and place, making career pathways visible earlier, strengths easier to evidence, and local opportunities easier to access.

Loco exists as shared infrastructure for this: a platform that helps young people understand what they’re good at, see where those strengths can take them, and connect with the people, stories, pathways and opportunities that can turn ambition into action.

Activation, Made Visible

Building Cherwyn into a distinctive premium development brand rooted in craft, place, and Somerset living.

For Cherwyn Developments, the work focused on shaping a clearer overarching brand strategy for a premium Somerset housebuilder, defining how the business should present itself, communicate its value, and build stronger market distinction across current and future developments.

The ambition was to move Cherwyn beyond a project-by-project sales approach and towards a more confident brand platform rooted in quality, craft, local trust, thoughtful development, and desirable Somerset living. The challenge was to articulate what makes Cherwyn different in a competitive premium housing market, while creating a strategic foundation that could flex across developments, sales channels, estate agency partnerships, and future growth.

Strategic Response

  • Defined a stronger brand proposition

  • Shifted the narrative from property to place

  • Built a more consistent brand voice

  • Created a strategic messaging framework

  • Positioned Cherwyn for scalable brand growth
